Sanitation related diseases affect the nutrition status of both children and adults which may consequently lead to many deaths and yet these conditions can be managed nutritionally. Both nutrition and sanitation are both key area that should be addressed in emergencies. One can’t be managed living the other as they both affect each other largely. Hygiene is also a very important area that should never be left unaddressed while talking of nutrition. Food hygiene is very important for every ones life. Therefore it would be a great mistake if we addressed nutritional issues without thinking of sanitation or the vise versa. The course is designed to equip the participants with knowledge on how to manage WASH related diseases nutritionally. Objectives- To equip the participants with knowledge on how to manage WASH related diseases nutritionally.
