Board of Directors

The company which has six non-executive members of Board of Directors, and the Managing Director who is the Chief Executive Officer. The company secretary also sits on the Board as an ex-official. The Directors are elected by the Annual General Meeting and serves for a two-year term. The Board of directors elects the Chairman and Vice-Chairman. A third of the directors retire by rotation at each Annual General Meeting, but those eligible may offer themselves for re-election.

Prevention of WASH related risks through appropriate Nutrition (23rd January - 3rd February 2012)
This course is designed to equip the participants with knowledge on how to manage WASH related diseases nutritionally.  This is because nutrition is a key aspect in our day to day life and sanitation related diseases affect the nutrition status of both children and adults which may consequently lead to loss of lives.
